As well on-board you with our team to run sucessful local Google and Meta marketing campaigns.
Developmental Support: We believe in evolving for the better. We will provide the support for multi-unit expansioin for successful operators.
We have 56 hours of training at minimum provided to the new franchisee plus additional and on-going training and support will be provided on ongoing basis and as needed for successful operations such as on-going weeekly Team Memeber Trainings and Weekly Franchisee business zoom calls. Client interactions support, opening the store, maintenance, duties and procedures, role descriptions, will be covered during the initial stages of opening a location.

Single or several unit owner: Imagine yourself waking up in the morning, you get a sip of water, stretch for a bit and get up. Than you check messages from your virtual receptionist- if you are needed to assist with anything in the office- nothing major, it looks like the day will go smoothly. You check the messages from your other staff. Perhaps some supplies are running low. You go ahead and order online some more paper towels and skin care products. Than you can head down to the office see if everything is clean and neat and you have in person interview scheduled to receive a massage demo from a potential hire. Looks like it’s time for lunch but on your way there you meet a client of your Brilliant spa and they tell you how much they love their monthly massages- you thank them and wish them a brilliant day! Now it looks like it’s time for a chat with your Facebook ads manager. He would like to update you on the new promotion results. Afternoon rolls in and it’s time for a workout and you head down to the gym. After that you check your messages one more time before you start preparing dinner and relax for the night. This is a day of the life of a brilliant massage and skin franchisee.

Our ideal franchisee is someone who is passionate about wellness and people and purpose driven brands. Possibly someone who had direct experience as a Massage Therapist, Esthetician or Cosmetologist, or someone that worked in the wellness or medical field in other capacities. Or someone who owned another small business prior. Someone who has entrepreneurial spirit and wants to serve and help people. Perhaps former HR professional or manager. Someone who has good communication, skills, and positive attitude. Someone that believes in wealth building and has an abundance mindset.
