Aldrin Raphael Fernandes is the Founder and Principal of A R Business Brokers (ARBB), a business brokerage and M&A advisory firm focused on Main Street and lower-mid-market transactions across Canada.

Prior to founding ARBB, Aldrin built, scaled, and operated multiple businesses in the advertising and marketing sectors across India, the Middle East, and Africa. That hands-on entrepreneurial background continues to inform his practical, operator-driven approach to advising business owners.

Since launching ARBB, Aldrin has worked alongside business owners and individual buyers, as well as strategic acquirers, family offices, and private equity groups, guiding them through acquisitions and exits across a wide range of industries across Canada. This work is grounded in ARBB’s core values of Empathy, Communication, Education, Momentum, and Professionalism, recognizing that every transaction represents years of effort, livelihoods, and long-term goals. Today, ARBB is supported by a 22-member team with deep expertise in valuation, deal structuring, and execution, committed to moving transactions forward with clarity, urgency, and integrity.

Aldrin previously served as a Board Member and Director of Marketing for the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) Canada and remains an active member of IBBA, M&A Source, AM&AA, and IMAA.
