By opening the shop and setting everything up, it then closes by cleaning, securing the premises, and handling the cash. They create staff schedules, train new employees, and supervise the team. They help customers, handle complaints, and ensure drinks and food are made correctly.

They keep track of inventory, order supplies, and count stock regularly. They manage the cash register and prepare sales and expense reports. They ensure the shop is clean and safe, handle equipment maintenance, and run promotions to boost sales. They also manage the shop’s social media, keep records of sales and staff hours, build relationships with customers, and plan events. Finally, they make sure information is passed smoothly between shifts.
