Boost’s Four Phase Training program for new franchise owners is more comprehensive than any other company in our industry and is conducted by professionals with substantial experience in all aspects of skilled home healthcare business operations.  (Phases 1, 2, and 3 are online and Phase 4 our Franchise Business Coach goes to their territory for in person training.)

Ideal Candidate

Boost is an owner/operator model, however may be run semi-absentee during the first 6-12 months depending on State licensing. Candidate may be able to keep their job, if it is flexible and allows some time for training, meetings, etc. during the work day.  Husband and wife teams tend to do very well at Best Life Brands franchises.

Boost Home Healthcare is the perfect brand to present to your senior executives. Success with this model does not require a background in the medical field or nursing. While familiarity with the industry can be beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. The primary requirement is that candidates have a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to building a purpose-driven team that shares this vision.

Boost Home Healthcare operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. While occasional evenings and weekends may be necessary, they are the exception rather than the rule.
Candidates will hire an Administrator, typically a Registered Nurse (RN) with management experience, who will oversee the hiring and scheduling of nurses and therapists. These professionals will provide treatments as prescribed by doctors. Since the services are ordered by physicians, they are covered by insurance, ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency.

The owner's time is mainly spent overseeing the entire operation, and managing the manager.  As the business grows the owner may choose to hire a marketing manager to manage some of the community outreach.  Again, spending their time overseeing things and managing the managers.
