Focal Point Coaching & Training is a franchise organization of business coaches and trainers who work with entrepreneurs, business owners, and executives to help enhance their companies and their lives by leveraging the coaches’ business experience and our content.
We take the proven business coaching techniques of the world-famous business trainer and author, Brian Tracy (google him), and blend them with the business skills and experience of our coaches.
There are two distinct franchise options, an Area Development Franchise or a Business Coaching Franchise (Unit Franchise). The AD invests in a geographical territory and is responsible for recruiting Business Coaching Franchisees within their defined territories. Business Coaching Franchisees deliver FocalPoint's business coaching content directly to the business client

We have a simple 3-Step process for making coaches successful:
Step 1 - Branding
We have a state-of-the-art branding suite with tools that help coaches build their unique brand by combining their story (where they came from), value proposition (what they offer), and the target audience (who they want to serve)… all in one convenient place.
Step 2 - Marketing
We then take the coach’s brand, help them create a marketing plan, and offer them our easy-to-use marketing tools and strategies for both digital and traditional marketing.

Our done-for-you ranked search term program gets our FocalPoint coaches’ sites to rank at the very top of Google searches in their local area for business/executive coach-related searches.
Lead generation is performed by us on behalf of our coaches through our unique social media campaign tools. We do the footwork that leads to warm conversations with prospects for our coaches.

Our coaches never need to make cold calls. With our proprietary relationship-based outreach process, we’re able to help our coaches find the right prospects that turn into clients, while at the same time, coaches can quickly build a network of hundreds, if not thousands, of people who are excited to send them referrals.
Step 3 - Client Acquisition
Our customized, individual marketing plan for each coach, combined with our consultative client acquisition process makes bringing new clients on board a breeze for our coaches. We create opportunities for warm conversations with prospective clients, our coaches then utilize proven conversation outlines and templates which take their prospects from the introductory stage to the final onboarding of new clients. On average, our coaches sign their first client within 60 days after certification.
