The training program is conducted as needed, every 8 to 12 weeks, typically 4 to 6 times per year. Training is held in Melbourne, FL located in the central Florida area.
Introduction and history of the company: an overview of training - 1 hour of training
Importance of the Brand: development, the client relationship, marketing - 1 hour of training
Types of client and services offered: typical scope of work by job size - 2 hours of training, 2 hours on the job training
Daily office operations: client experience, field duties, final billing/payment, safety, and client asset handling - 2 hours training, 36 hours on the job training
Staffing: recruiting, training, motivation and retention - 2 hours, 2 hours on the job training
Software: financial management and royalty reporting - 2 hours of training
Launch marketing planning: licenses and certification, review and Q&A - 2 hours of training
