Training: We have a very extensive training program that includes the following:
Pre-Requisite Training Prior To Opening:
The Virtual training (up to 70 hours) will be conducted online, by phone and/or by video conference. The Virtual training may be completed in 3 consecutive weeks or spread out as time allows.
Corporate Training in ASBC Location:
The Classroom/Training Restaurant program 1 -2 weeks will be completed in our Training Restaurant.
On-Site Training:
The On-Site training (up to 2 weeks) will be conducted in the franchisee’s own commercial kitchen with 3 Apple Spice Trainers.
The two weeks of On-Site training located at the franchisee’s own store will begin approximately one week before the restaurant opens and continue for one week after the restaurant opens. This training will consist of teaching the staff all job duties associated with running the restaurant and assisting the franchisee in the opening of the store. During the week of the store opening the training will consist of follow up training to assist the franchisee on the day to day management, operations and job functions of running the restaurant.
Note: The training manager reserves the right to add one additional week of On-Site training at their discretion.
