Training:
Our Initial Training Program consists of virtual Franchisee Training, in person Training, as well as online beemTM University. This is conducted by our Home Office team responsible for educating in their respective expertise in the business, including but not limited to our then current Manager of Sales Training, in addition to Steve Halloran, Roger Martin, and Cynthia Wagner our co-founders. We use several educational strategies to ensure a maximum learning environment is created. We reserve the right to offer any portion of or all of the Initial Training Program online via remote training.
There is no fee for up to 4 people to attend training, the Owner, Designated Manager, and staff. Not all those personnel are needed to operate a franchise, but a franchisee may have additional personnel and they could all come to the Initial Training Program. You must pay the travel and living expenses of people attending training.
