Training:
We strongly believe that the best training is hands on, so we focus on in-store training. Though some of our training is classroom (and can quickly be converted to online should the need arise), the majority of our training is split between our flagship store in the Twin Cities and the franchisee's location. We train franchisees in everything they need to be set up for success; our company culture, marketing, grooming, how to find team members, and using our proprietary booking and customer interaction software.
We are dedicated to helping franchisees find and design the perfect store. We do on-site visits of potential locations, and then work with either the franchisee's architect or ours to design the store to meet the Bubbly Paws Standards. Everything from plumbing & HVAC to retail spaces through the grooming and drying areas is designed to maximize the use of the selected real estate.
