Training: A Challenge Island New Owner Training takes place monthly in Atlanta. Training takes place over three full days and hands-on support continues during the ramp up period and throughout their time as a Challenge Island franchisee.

Our franchisees focus on promoting their business and scheduling programs, on-site workshops and events. Challenge Island programming is delivered by a staff of part-time instructors with or without the franchise owner on site (although we recommend spending a good bit of time in the trenches training your staff and getting to know the business in a hands on way). A client-base is quickly built as Challenge Island customers keep coming back and referring us to others. Our classes are known to fill in a flash and schools and districts often come knocking at our doors desiring our unique programming. Over 60% of Challenge Island business is repeat business!
