12 Week Launch Program

Training: We want to ensure our franchisees are successful, so we offer comprehensive trainging and ongoing support. We offer 6 weeks of online pre-training. Followed with a 2 weeks in-person training program held at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. It consists of 2 weeks of training which is a combination of classroom and on-the-job training. Owners will learn about office and administration, accounting and reporting, marketing, painting and service processes, and equipment and sales. But most of all they will confident when they get back to the territory that they are ready to launch.

12 Week Launch Program: Once you get back to your territory we will work with you very closely to make sure things are going smoothly. We'll go over success and challenges, P&L's and lots of other things.

Helpful Skills: Sales or Managment Experience, Friendly and Outgoing, Former Executives, Veterans, Real Estate, etc.

We prefer for franchisees to start off as owner/operator to ensure the success of their business. We are open to semi absentee if the franchisee has a person they know to run the business.

Owner-operators will spend their days interacting with customers and contractors, so they must be comfortable with their ability to build relationships. Semi-absentee owners will spend their days working closely with their employee(s). Crew management, financial planning and strategy, managing daily operations, overseeing sales and marketing, customer service, and community involvement.

Owner-Operator - Gets to control their own schedule
