Training:
10 days, combining time at Discover Strength Corporate Headquarters and on-site at the franchise location, with the DS Education Team, followed by additional time on-site during opening and with the support of a dedicated Franchise Busienss Coach. Discover Strength has a fully developed Learning Management System with all aspects of the business and client experience articulated and available in a variety of forms. New franchisees are assigned to a project manager following the signign of their Franchise Agreement to guide and support through the opening, and a dedicated Franchise Business Coach supports each franchisee on an ongoing basis.
