When Founders, Alex and Amanda Gingold were looking to escape corporate America, they couldn’t find a business opportunity or franchise that was affordable or that fit their on-the-go lifestyle. So, they built it themselves! DonutNV started as a small mall kiosk in 2014 and grew into the mobile space in 2015. Since then, we haven’t looked back and continue to innovate in the mobile space.

Alex Gingold – Co-Founder & CEO
Alex co-founded DonutNV in May of 2014. Alex is a self-described serial entrepreneur and foodie, with a passion for building new concepts and ideas. A graduate of Penn State University, Alex worked in the insurance industry prior to co-founding DonutNV. In his role as CEO, Alex oversees many aspects of DonutNV, including franchise development and operations. His passion comes from supporting our franchisees and helping to develop their individual businesses.
Amanda Gingold – Co-Founder & COO
Amanda co-founded DonutNV in May of 2014 and has been fundamental in development in the early years of the brand. Amanda is a visionary and creator, both in and out of the kitchen. Prior to co-founding DonutNV, Amanda worked in luxury retail management for over 11 years for top brands including Omega, David Yurman and Nordstrom. In her role as COO, Amanda develops internal systems to create more efficient processes. She works closely with our franchisees to provide ongoing support and helps to encourage consistent growth. Amanda is also responsible for managing our corporate fleet of mobile food trucks.

On-Going Support
We have a great support system in place to ensure our franchisees can always operate their DonutNV mobile unit successfully. Our operations team can be reached 24-7 for emergency support/troubleshooting.
We have generators with warranties that can be replaced on the same day. Our mobile units come with a 1-year warranty and our fabricator works with nationwide partners should any repair work need to be completed. All of our equipment comes with at least a 1+ year warranty.
We provide each franchisee with 2 DonutNV donut machines so that 1 is used as a primary and 1 is a backup machine should something not work properly or need cleaning.
Our operations team works closely with our franchisees to help them grow their business, assist with marketing collateral and booking successful events. DonutNV has tools in place to aid our franchisees in responding to event leads, booking events and making every event profitable.
DonutNV also has web-based training tools for initial brand training and setup, new product seasonal launch material and onboarding new team members training videos and quizzes for easy new hire training.
