The franchisee is responsible for:
Buidling a referral network (target prospects and infiltrating professional network using client data base and intellectual property tools, meetings, mail campaigns, personal contact, email, contacting decision maker, new client signings, Client Engagement Letters, Recommendation Reports, Implementation Reports, Baseline Reports, and NDAs etc).
Marketing (advertisement placements, newsletters, case studies, postcards etc).
Daily operations:
If you are a client acquirer, you are building a referal network to leverage relationship and introductions to companies. Follow through using various sales and marketing methodologies you learned in two weeks of extensive Foundational Franchisee Training.
You will work with the Analytics Joint Ventures; they conduct reviews of clients accounting records to find where there are opportunities and enter projects into Knowledge Management System which is proprietary to ERA.
Within ERA, franchisees can choose the business focus. Common focus areas include business development, client management, or project analysis. Franchisees collaborate with other ERA franchisees to adopt one or more of these roles when engaging with their clients.
As the franchisee’s Consulting Practice grows, they can employ staff or independent contractors to focus on specific business operations.
