We provide and configure technology systems for our franchisee spa Operating Partners including: Spa scheduling software, medical records software (for aesthetic medspa services), client retention tools, client reviews solicitation, approved marketing collateral database, direct customer texting system, Glosshouz mobile application, spa financials bench-marking system and optional local digital advertising SEM services.
We've spent years developing a robust online Learning Management System with 60+ Training modules and certification programs for all services and processes at the spa. Our FDD Training commitment is 135 hours.
We have 300+ page online and searchable Glosshouz Operating Manual with all necessary employee onboarding forms, training materials, protocols, and checklists.
We provide 5 days in-person training at our head quarters in Denver, CO as well as 5 days in-person training and opening support at the franchisee location during Glosshouz new Spa Center opening week.
We provide immediate support to franchisee for any questions as needed and conduct weekly business coaching as the franchisee is getting started. We conduct monthly business coaching after period of time.
A Glosshouz franchisee Operating Partner does not need to be medically qualified. Our franchisor system arranges for Medical Entity relationship and oversight. This is to support the offering of minimally-invasive medical aesthetic services such as BOTOX and fillers and other medpsa treatments.
A great franchisee Operating Partner will be good at understanding the benefit of and ensuring that others are trained to learn and implement our routine and proven systems to continually grow the business monthly and to keep the spa running smoothly with great customer reviews! Some of these systems include our sales processes (for example, BFF Savings Program membership sales and the "happiness" checkout process), as well as ongoing operational tasks such as monthly inventory and ordering, hiring, scheduling and onboarding the licensed providers, conducting the daily team huddles, maintaining all sanitation and cleaning of stations in order to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The franchisee owner should also be able to foster and ensure a great Glosshouz team culture by promoting our company values of: Friendliest spa in town!, provider technical expertise and knowledge, caring for each other and guest, proactive teamwork, and great communicational skills.
The franchisee Operating Partner will also know or learn how to analyze your sales trends, P&L and budgeting for growth, further forecasting the business needs for employee hiring and scheduling, be able to market their new spa business in the community, and always be gracious, hospital, welcoming and friendly to all guest customers.
