Training Description: JTE will supply 32 hours of classroom training and 36 hours of on the job training to provide confidence in our franchisees and understand our proven process to success. Our ongoing training, support and mentorship will solidify our relationship as we all continue to grow.
Personnel - JTE will supply training so you are able to recruit, retain and understand how to motivate
In-Market Training - During the first 60 days following the opening we will send a representative to the franchisee BRAND business to provide additional training for up to three days.
