With an Ideal Customer focusing on class A commercial properties & middle to high end restaurant/food eateries there is a huge market that is demanded by fire inspection code regulations (NPPA96) therefore our services are legally required along with being demanded. Continuing with EverSmith Brands’ focus on the commercial B2B space, Kitchen Guard has demonstrated continued ongoing customer retention for ongoing recurring revenue streams. Kitchen Guard (with full P&L provided in Item 19) easily differentiates itself in the market place by not only providing premier kitchen exhaust cleaning, but additionally provides a robust filter exchange program, standard/basic technical repairs, as well as cleaning product distribution sales. Vast majority of the market place only provides exhaust cleaning, and only cleans the lower 50% of the KEC system, therefore leaving significant revenue & service lines on the table. Training is held at our headquarters in Escondido, CA. Initial & supplemental training is held online thru an LMS platform. At San Diego HQ, we have a state of the art, fully recreated kitchen exhaust cleaning "playground" that fully prepares you as an owner as well as any technician that you may hire that needs training until you can provide training locally to your team. This is complimentary by Kitchen Guard. Additionally, sales training for the franchise owners sales teams are also held from the San Diego headquarters.
