Training:
Extensive training takes place at corporate and on site from pre-opening through grand opening. This training is for ownership as well as the management team.
Launch provide a mandatory 2 week training program for the management team. Training consists of 10 modules that include:
Sales strategies
Marketing
Operational best practices
Personnel
The management team will also receive hand on learning in our operating corporate park. Our goal is to have them be able to run their own location by the end of their second week of training with minimal assistance.
The training will be on site one week prior to the opening of the facility to assist the management team with the training of their staff. Training team will stay on site post opening to ensure the success of the park.
Post-opening there are 4 weekly calls with the management team that covers sales, marketing, operations, and personnel. In addition, there are monthly cost savings and sales strategy calls, and franchise operations calls with owners and general managers. These calls ensure that parks remain profitable with low expenses and helps keeps an open line of communication.
