In the third quarter of 2022, Neighborly acquired Lawn Pride with the intention of bringing the incredible success they had had regionally, nationwide. This was a unique acquisition for Neighborly, who normally acquires large and thriving home service franchise brands. When acquired, Lawn Pride did not have a single franchised location, but they have over 40 years of experience and the power of Neighborly now to franchise to new markets.

Lawn Pride is a weed and fertilization company, with a recurring revenue, heavy volume of loyal customers. Lawn Pride has very few moving pieces for new franchise owners. Neighborly is doing the marketing and sales on behalf of the franchise owners, out of our call center in Indianapolis, where they have been selling these services over the phone for over 40 years. Our corporate headquarters will also capture the customers’ payment information, resulting in a one step sales process, with a card on file that is immediately charged upon service completion. This means virtually no accounts receivables for our owners, with sales done for you, and customer service routed directly to our call center as well.
