Preserve Services is an exterior residential remodeling company. We do five complementary services: Painting, Roofing, Carpentry, Decks, and Siding. These services are easy to execute and give the franchisee the ability to create a multi-million dollar construction business. As a franchisee they will be a construction manager and never put on a tool belt.
We’ve structured our business so that the franchisee is taking advantage of the fact that most home maintenance projects require more than one trade. Painting, carpentry, and roofs go hand in hand when it comes to home maintenance, multiplying your business. These services are easy to complete and each service complements the other – you can get in and out quickly and make your money. And our training, continuous coaching, and proprietary software will cut down on the years of experience and hours of project management anyone starting a new business would have to learn.
At Preserve Services we get our franchisees ready to run their business with very low overhead. With our management tools and training all a franchisee needs is a laptop, a truck, and our marketing and they are up and running in less than 30 days. Our franchisees don’t need an office. They can work from home. We want them to invest time and hard work into the business not massive amounts of money.

Training:
Preserve Services does 38-54 hours of classroom training and 14 to 24 hours of on-the-job training. The classroom training is a combination of virtual and in-person training for both convenience and safety. We also provide on-demand coaching as well as weekly check in with our franchisees. Every franchisee is provided with a manual as well as instructional videos, templates, and checklists for ease of learning.
The activities that a franchisee would do on a daily basis can vary. Some days they are out estimating all day, others they spent checking up on projects and talking to clients, and sometimes they focus on office work. Many administrative activities have been automated by our proprietary software, to minimize office management hours. Here are some of the tasks a franchisee does on an average day: Client Service - Client phone calls, checks ins, site visits; Production - Site visits, Sub-contractor check ins, construction expertise problem solving, purchasing and delivering materials; Sales - calling potential leads, following up on sales calls, estimating projects, scheduling booked projects; Office work - sending invoices, monitoring production schedule, monitoring cash flow, returning phone calls and emails, bookkeeping or checking in with bookkeeper.
