RestoPros is a technology forward, disruptive franchise in the $210BB/year restoration business. While most of the larger restoration companies fight for their share of work from insurance companies, RestoPros runs it’s operation much more like a local business. We get our customers from our referral partners in the local markets we serve. Our clients come to us through plumbers, contractors, and property managers, who are the true first line of defense when there is a disaster. We get the call from the plumber to come remediate the water, before the client ever even gets on the phone with the insurance company. We will actually show up and help them file the claim and begin the work right there.

Because RestoPros focuses on the high margin water remediation side of the business, we only need 2-3 employees per $1MM in revenue. We are really in the equipment rental business. We send a couple of guys out for a few hours, but then leave the equipment for the next 3-4 days, all the while billing the insurance companies for the work.
