The best part is that the guests are able to sample the World Famous Pralines as they are being dipped right before their eyes. 2015 brought about the joint venture between the two candy-making icons that resulted in the River Street Sweets – Savannah’s Candy Kitchen franchise opportunity. Training:
Training is a two-part process. The first part is an up to 4-week program at our corporate headquarters in Savannah, Ga. We offer training for two individuals, who will learn the daily task of running a candy business which includes and are not limited to the following: Opening and closing procedures, candy making, hiring, staff training, scheduling, ordering, POS operations, management duties, labor control, inventory management, HR functions. The second part of the training takes place over a seven-day period at the franchisee location. The training team will arrive and help train the franchisee team to make candy, work the POS, sample, opening and closing procedures, safety. The on-location training typically begins 3 days prior to the soft opening of the store.
