Skill Samurai is an after-school enrichment center focused on Math, Coding and STEM subjects.. Our STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) program promotes our mission of becoming a leader in lifelong enrichment. In this day in age, students are being consumed by devices and technology.
We are helping kids channel their technology obsession and turn it into something that actually encourages them to explore and understand and even turn it into a thriving career after high school. We strive to prepare students at an early age for the changing workplace infrastructure and help mitigate the severe shortage of STEM employees in the workforce. A staggering 50% of current jobs will be replaced with technology by 2025; however, the public education system does not have the programs in place to adequately prepare students for emerging careers in tech-related fields. We provide a clear solution to this problem by offering Career Readiness education to students ages 7-18 that build interest, excitement, and requisite skills for not just the jobs that exist today, but for those that will be in demand in the future.
As our STEM franchise programs provide services for elementary through high school age students, our year-round programs, summer camps, and learning labs prepare students for college, internships, and future careers. With our high demand, we offer brick and mortar as well as on-the-go partnerships for our Franchisees. This brings in more clients providing our Owners with recurring revenue streams. With over 150 different courses available, more than any other STEM franchise, we have something that appeals to a variety of skill levels and interests. We even created the first YouTube camp in North America that continues to be one of our best-selling programs. As we prepare our students for the workplace demand of the future, we prepare our Owners for a bright financial future!

Our training program, Skill Samurai University, located in Florida or another location we designate, consists of 37 hours of classroom training/self-study and 43 hours of on-the-job instruction. The initial training phase takes place over the course of five days and covers recruiting techniques, training and retaining employees, pre-grand opening tasks and activities, software, operations, sales and marketing training, and administrative duties. Owners will continue to work through our courses so that they have a strong understanding of the courses they will be offering. You may not employ a person that does not complete the Initial Training Program to our satisfaction.
