Washington D.C., as well as on-site at the Owner’s location. During this
time, new Owners will learn everything from recipes, ordering, ingredients,
processes, POS (CAKE by Sysco), inventory, management, employee
training, hiring, marketing, grand opening assistance, and location-specific
opportunities.
Ongoing Support
The training and support will never end as we continuously grow and adapt. Brianna and Kyle will be present during the Grand Opening to ensure every last detail is accounted for a successful launch. Once the café is open, we will host bi-monthly calls to keep Owners informed of any new happenings, such as our Toast of the Weeks and seasonal promotions. We take pride in being available 24/7 for our Owners!
Field Support
Kyle Izett will assist with site selection, permitting, contractor and subcontractor selection, and the entire construction and inspection process. He will review quotes to ensure that the build-out costs end up at or below market. If new Owners prefer, Kyle and the Toastique Team can perform the general contracting of new locations themselves. Either way, the construction process, which can often be highly intimidating, will be a walk in the park for new Owners.
Marketing
We require 2% of Gross Sales weekly for the Brand Development Fund, as well as 2% of Gross Sales spent on local marketing efforts. We have an internal marketing team with 12+ years of advertising and digital marketing experience to assist Owners with their grand opening campaigns, as well as provide current and new marketing assets.
Each location will have its own independent Facebook page so it can interact with its local community and promote its location.
