Our marketing and advertising team has 14 plus years of experience in assisting local business to build brands and gain exposure online. Through our partnership with them, and proven success, we offer extremely cost effect marketing, SEO, Pay-per-click (PPC), review management and email services to our franchisees. Each franchise is added to our Company Website to benefit from the already high SEO accreditation to benefit their individual market.
We are not an “online store”. We meet with prospective customers only by appointment, which are set online and integrated with the Franchisees personal calendar, this allows for Life-Style Freedom in a Non-Retail Setting. The intake process consists of product introduction, style and color selection, creating a basic “sketch” of their design concept and reviewing options with the customer. Once a style and color are selected, a design can be completed using state of the art software by our corporate design center team.
All communications are done via our customized CRM software, which has task reminders, email, customer appointment reminders, text message reminders to customers, click to call and email marketing features built into the program. In additonal, there is a deal tracker and a proprietary “cost/pricing” tool built into the program to ensure profitability on every deal.
(Coming soon) We provide a National Call Center to take incoming calls for the Franchisees, to answer customer questions, provide product information and schedule appointments in the Franchisees local market.
The Franchisee is trained to obtain the “intake” information needed to create a design. The intake is sent to the home office for review and then our design center will create the design, returning the floor plan, renderings and elevations, to present to the customer, within 72 hours. The minimal cost to have a design done ($75 to $100 per design), which is less expensive than employing an experienced & qualified full time designer (e.g.hiring, managing and retaining / replacing) .
Orders are placed by the Home office, with the manufacturers, so Franchisees are not required to hire a full-time admin. Products are delivered directly to the customers, by the manufacturer (fully assembled) and ready to be installed. the home office Admin team will place the order, track the shipment, communicate with the customer and confirm POD (proof of delivery). any damage from shipping or missing items are also handled by the Home Office Admin team, freeing the Franchisee of tedious administrative duties.
We do not employ installers, within the first week, the Franchisee will have a list of qualified installers to handle the customer installations of the cabinets. Our training reviews how to source them, qualify and how to pay them to increase the franchisees profits.
Hot Tubs are delivered by local “Hot Tub delivery service”. The Franchisee would have a forklift in their warehouse to transfer the tub to the delivery service and they take it from there.
Both Cabinet installation and tub delivery fees are “royalty free” services, which generation additonal profits to the franchisee.
We offer Computer Tech Support, Real Estate Analysis and traffic studies, Lease review & negotiations and Financing Guidance to obtain loans up to 70% of the Franchise Fee & Investment, including start up and initial operating expenses.
