Zoom Room is a venture-backed indoor dog training gym with an emphasis on socialization. We’re different from other training concepts, as we’re not a drop off training facility. Owners are always present and engaged with their dogs during classes. Our motto says it for us: “We don’t train dogs. We train the people who love them.” We utilize only scientifically proven positive reinforcement training methods. No punitive training methods.
The majority of our clients come to us for basic obedience or puppy training, but end of coming back for workshops, agility classes and delicious treats. We have 3 key revenue streams: dog training, socialization events, and retail. Unit economics are outstanding. Stores require a small footprint (3000 sq ft), minimal staff (2 people per shift), and are zoned for retail. All of which contribute to our profitable business and 85% client retention rate. We’ve created a community for dog lovers to spend time with the dogs in a fun and positive environment.
