Typically, the owner will meet their field technicians in the morning, collect the work orders and payments from the previous day's jobs, and disperse the technicians' work for the current day. The franchisee will spend his/her day doing demonstrations and estimates and obtaining new work if the franchisee starts out as an owner/technician. He/she would do estimates one to two days a week and complete the jobs the remaining three to four days. Our most successful franchisees have good communication and sales skills.
