Training: Lawn Doctor has extensive training for new Franchisees. We start with two week training at our corporate office, and then continue training in the field for TWO YEARS. We also offer ongoing training through weekly webinars, franchisee intranet, franchisee committees and a national convention.



Ideal Candidate

Lawn Doctor does not cut grass, we provide specific lawn treatments or ongoing lawn maintenance on lawns to help the lawn look better and grow healthier. There are multiple revenue streams, each of which can provide an ongoing, recurring revenue potential. 

We are not looking for people that want to work on customers’ lawns. Multi-unit ambitions and marketing and sales experience are a plus. We are operating in a blue collar industry, but run the business in a very white glove-white collar way. We seek owners who want to be the best in class lawn treatement professional in their respective market.

To be successful, the owner needs to be responsvie and provide great customer service. There is not a need for cold calling or hard sales. The marketing department at Lawn Doctor handles the lead generation excpetionally well. 

Meeting with warm leads, on boarding new customers, building a strong reputation for great customer service and follow up along with managing a small team of lawn technicians are typical daily activities.
