Training: The Men In Kilts Training Program is a mix of virtual and in-person training. The virtual portion of the training program includes: self-paced reading on the MIK Intranet, classroom-style learning via webinars, pre-recorded training videos and online quizzes. The virtual training must be completed before you attend the on-the-job-training and should take roughly 4 to 6 weeks to complete based on the amount of time you can devote as well as the schedule of the live webinars. The in-person on-the-job-training will be in Boston and will consist of 8 hours of classroom study and 40 hours of on-the-job-training.

We expect the total Men In Kilts Training Program to take you 6-12 weeks to complete. The instructional material used in the MIK Training Program is our confidential Operations Manual and the Men In Kilts Intranet.
