We are a nationwide cost reduction consulting franchise that specializes in auditing and saving businesses, small governments, municipalities money on their waste, telecom, and utility expenses.
Our franchisees approach small and mid-sized businesses in their market and offer auditing services at no upfront charge. Our pitch is simple. If we can save our clients’ money, we share in the savings 50/50 each month. If we can't save our clients’ money, there is no fee.
At the corporate office, we maintain a stable of auditors that do the auditing and realize the savings. So, our franchisees need only do business development and client management.
This is a home based, B-to-B, opportunity that allows our franchisees to find savings for their clients once and then share in the savings for years to come, creating a book of business for the franchisees that has repeat, residual revenue.

Training & Support: We have a pre-training program where we are onboard new franchisees and begin to familiarize them with the technology and systems they will be using.
We then have an intense 3-week virtual training session. Franchisees will learn from over 30 years of experience as to what works and what does not. During the 3-week training the franchisee will learn everything they need to launch and grow their business. The training focuses on our proprietary and proven marketing techniques to bring in new clients. It also includes an in-depth review of why our clients need our service, how we produce savings for our clients, and they will hear from and meet some of our senior staff auditors.
We are looking for franchise candidates (men and women) ranging in age from 25-65, although a few years on either side of that would certainly be considered as well. The main qualities are you must be hard working, willing to follow a proven process, and be willing to learn from experts who've had success. The franchisee will be focused on business development, but a sales background is certainly not a requirement, and in many cases can be a hindrance if they are not open minded to our proven sales process we teach during training. An existing rolodex of business contacts is great, but the main indicators of success are a willingness to hustle, work hard, and take coaching. Anyone can be successful in this business.
