Training Schedule:
Week 1 | Live at HQ
Learn all of the basics of running your franchise.
Week 2 | Live at HQ
Learn all advanced procedures in Marketing, Sales, Production Management, Commercial, Administrative and Financial aspects of the model.
Week 3 | Kickoff
During this week, a dedicated corporate representative will guide you as you get started in your area, orchestrate a minimum of 10 subcontractor interviews, accompany you on live customer sales visits, learn the nuances of your territory and more.
Ongoing Support & Sytems
- Daily calls with mentor and/or corporate for the first 60 days following training, including weekends.
- Weekly conference calls with franchise partners and corporate.
- Franchise partners are given cell numbers of ownership, mentors, and any other trainers for continual support as needed.
- Quarterly goal setting and financial review meetings.
- Software / App system to communicate with painters in the field that really benefits those who do not speak English as a first language (in 50 languages!).
Manager-Run Model Supported: Manage Project Manager (PM) and Sales Rep (SR)
Owner Operator:
- Determine goals for the Week
- Confirm Marketing Needs
- Schedule Weekly Meetings with Real Estate Agents & Potential New Clients
- Build Relationships with Subcontractors
- If acting as the PM, purchase and pick up materials, schedule crews, daily site visits and customer service.
- If acting as the SR, network, conduct initial consultations, provide quotes for jobs.
