City Wide is a management company in the commercial building maintenance industry. Our franchisees provide more than 20 different ways to open a door and create business because of the multitude of building services they are able to offer. Our franchisees start by providing management of janitorial and commercial cleaning services and then expand from there to provide amazing value to our clients.
We are NOT an operational company. (ie. window washing, carpet cleaning, floor care, janitorial). As a management company, we sell and manage the services provided by these types of operational companies. City Wide offers another choice to a franchisee. They can go partner with different franchise and offer one building maintenance service and manage hourly employees (or do the work themselves). Or they can partner with City Wide and offer them all.
Our business model allows a franchisee more than 20 different ways to create an opportunity and grow their business. Many of the services we manage offer a repeat revenue stream, creating a continual source of cash flow. This prevents the franchisee from starting at “zero” at the beginning of each month.
City Wide has successfully operated since 1961. We perfected the model first then chose to grow through franchising. We provide building maintenance in thousands of buildings throughout the United States and manage over 100 million square feet of commercial space every night.
