Training: Our franchisees undergo an intense, hands-on 3-week training course at our Corporate Training Center, designed for both the franchise owner and one additional key employee. This immersive program covers all aspects of the business, followed by  four days of in-field training, where a representative from CCI Headquarters will assist in the business startup, technical repairs, including sales and marketing support.

In addition to the in-person training, franchisees receive a suite of resources, including the Training Manual, SDS Manual, Operations Manual, Back Office Administration Manuals, CCI Color Pro Scanner Mixing System, and access to our 24/7 intranet system for ongoing support. We also offer a Toll-Free call center, Slack communication channel, and monthly newsletters to ensure continuous communication and updates.

Franchisees benefit from periodic on-site field visits, robust marketing support, and services such as social media and review reputation management. Additionally, we provide Co-Op Advertising Programs, participation in Annual Seminars, and the opportunity to engage with the Advisory Council and Marketing Committee for further collaboration and input. Does it all and must be the networker, operations head (scheduling and ordering) and a technician, but we prefer that all owners hire a FT technician as they scale.

What will be the role of the semi absentee or multi-unit operators?

Can move to semi-absentee after a short time frame or immediately with the right manager in place. The owner will be driving top level new business, human resources, managing customer relationships, keeping an eye on cash flow/finances and KPI’s; Operations Manager:  mechanically inclined – (defined as an ability to follow directions and troubleshoot), networking experience and relationship builder, EXCELLENT communicator
