- Manage and schedule technical staff to perform services, deliveries, and installations for customers
- As Mobility Consultants provide needed solutions and options for people wanting greater accessibility in their everyday lives
- Establish B2B connections in the community thru – Chamber of Commerce, health care providers, hotels, and convention center, etc. to build referral relationships
- Manage staff to perform in-store or in-home customer evaluations to establish product needs
- Resolve customer issues working with manufacturers or service staff
- Support ongoing relationship with the VA facilities in your area
