You can operate in two different ways. You can either be an owner/operator, which means you would oversee all day to day activities, excluding directly training clients (if a licensed PT, partners can train clients); Or you can be a semi-absent franchise partner where you would hire a general manager whose responsible for all sales, marketing, hiring, management, logistics oversight, and customer needs. We are looking for people with great energy, leadership skills, sales and marketing is a plus!
