In-Field Training: Applying Your Knowledge

• Sales: You'll develop practical sales skills in lead and appointment management, creating compelling proposals, and implementing effective follow-up systems.
• Operations: You'll gain hands-on experience with job site standards, GTC job site visits, and PHC ride-alongs, solidifying your operational expertise.

On-Going Support

• In-Market Launch Support and Training: We provide hands-on support and additional training during your initial launch phase to ensure a smooth and successful start.
  
• 8 Weeks of Post-Launch Support: Our dedicated team remains actively involved in your business for the first 8 weeks, providing guidance and assistance as you establish your operations.
  
• Regular Check-In Meetings: Franchisees begin with weekly meetings with the Franchise Development Team to ensure all onboarding tasks are completed effectively. As operations stabilize, franchisees transition to weekly check-in meetings with Joshua Malik, Owner/CEO, to review key performance indicators and scorecards, fostering accountability and strategic growth.
  
• The Annual Joshua Tree Conference: Join us at our home office for our annual conference, a valuable opportunity for facility tours, indepth training sessions, insights from guest speakers, and networking with fellow franchisees. This event provides a balance of professional development and relationship building ("work hard, play hard!").
  
• Technology and Systems Support: We empower you with the tools to stay organized and efficient, including project planning resources, CRM software, Google Drive, and other essential applications.
