The Owner Experience Program (OXP) is a comprehensive, three-week intensive coaching and training initiative designed to set new franchisees up for long-term success. Every activity, session, and module within OXP has been strategically developed to equip new owners with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to launch and grow their business effectively.
OXP focuses on five critical pillars of success: Capacity, Marketing, Estimating, Sales, and Production. The program blends both online and in-person training sessions led by our expert Training Team, Brand Coaches, Brand Leads, Marketing Professionals, Vendor Partners, and IT System Specialists.
By leveraging proven models and hands-on learning, OXP empowers franchisees to hit the ground running and significantly increase their probability of success.
Ownership Role & Responsibilities
As a Window Gang owner, your primary role is to lead and manage the service team, ensuring high-quality delivery across all services. You’ll advise on and execute marketing strategies provided by Premium Service Brands (PSB), with a focus on optimizing lead generation and customer acquisition.
Whether operating as a full-time Executive Owner or a Semi-Absentee Owner, franchisees are responsible for managing the seven key pillars of business ownership:
