Ideal Candidate

The responsibility of a franchisee is to:

  1. Market 1+1 Cares to referral sources and families need caregivers and the support services of 1+1 Cares.
  2. Sell to families the 1+1 Cares services.
  3. Occasional client support for escalated issues.
  4. Be compliant to franchise rules and regulations.
  5. Use franchise systems and processes appropriately.


IDEAL CANDIDATE

  1. 3-5 years of sales experience in the Home Care Domestic Referral Agendy (Private Duty) industry.
  2. The candidate has 20-50 referral contacts that refer them business.
  3. Strong Sales & Relationship-Building Skills
  4. Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services.
    Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and caregivers.
    Persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close deals and increase referrals.
  5. Knowledge of the Home Care Industry
  6. Familiarity with home care services, senior care needs, and healthcare referral processes.
    Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  7. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  8. Ability to connect with potential clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
    Strong listening skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
    Comfort in networking and giving presentations to various stakeholders.
  9. Customer-Centric Mindset
  10. Empathy and compassion when dealing with families and individuals seeking care.
    Ability to educate clients and referral sources on the benefits of home care services.
