Training:
Abrakadoodle franchise owner initial training is done virtually over a two week period. Initial Training focuses on : operations, marketing, staff development and financial and business development sessions.
Special instructions/notes: Abrakadoodle offers its franchise owners highly effective technology tools and resources designed to advance marketing and business development. During Initial and On-going Training, franchise owner marketing campaigns are customized and launched, utilizing email marketing templates and social media posts that target potential hosts sites in the franchise owners’ territory.
The Abrakadoodle franchise owner has two main roles. They are the chief marketer, introducing Abrakadoodle programs and building relationships with host sites. They also focus on building and training a team of part-time teachers, that brings Abrakadoodle classes to students. As the team grows and matures, lead teachers are developed to assist in day-to-day operations. Our system supports the further development of lead teachers into manager roles, offering the franchise owner more flexibility.
