They will also receive on-site training in their office during their ramp up. The franchisee is responsible for the overall development and management of an in-home care business.
This includes marketing and developing new relationships within territory to grow referral basis; overseeing the hiring of caregivers; overseeing the billing and payroll of the business; growing the business through in-home interviews with families either they do themselves or an employee would be responsible for it. We typically have owners that are either strong in sales and focus on growing the business while hiring someone to fill the operations roll or vice versa.
