Training:
5 days of training at our corporate office and store. This will be a deep dive into the innerworkings of everything Barrel House. Our team with work with both FOH and BOH members to fully understand our systems and process. Then 5 more days of training on site at your location. This will take place a few weeks out from the franchise location grand opening. Our team will work with all the staff to understand each and every role at Barrel House. Plus on going computer course training between the first and second in person training.
