Training: Our training is a three-prong approach. Our franchisees will have an assigned support person who will work thru all the pre-work and on boarding activities. They will spend a week in person with our CEO, coaches and team at our corporate location in Kentucky learning the business and spending time out in the field. There are onsite visits and weekly calls. We offer video training for the franchisees as well as ecotechs. There are also annual meetings and regional workshops.
