With over a decade of home care experience, our proven system is designed to run a successful Executive Care business without any indusrty experience. Our franchise business owners come from various and diverse backgrounds.

Pre-opening Planning and Business Development

Our Onboarding and Operations Support Team guide you through key elements of opening and operating a successful business. You will be guided every step of the way from business formation to short and long-term business planning.

Initial Training

Executive Care has developed a comprehensive one-week instructional and hands-on franchise training program to guide new franchise owners every step of the way as they move toward opening their own Executive Care business. The new franchise training takes place on line.

On-site Support

The Executive Care Support Team will conduct scheduled visits to your location to assist you and your team in your franchise territory. Visits cover many topics such as sales/business development, training, and operations support.

Team Development and Continuing Education

Executive Care’s Continuing Education programs provide 24/7 access to online training materials for you and your team. Modules and webinars are developed to expand the skills and knowledge of our franchisees at their own pace wherever they have web access.

Back-office Training and Support

You will be provided with exclusive software programs that will help you run the daily operations of your business, and help you grow efficiently. You will have direct contact to our entire support staff. They are here to help guide you with the day-to-day operations of your Executive Care franchise, and assist you with sales, account development, marketing, operations, and technical support.

Marketing, Sales and Advertising

Executive Care franchise support includes effective marketing assistance designed to increase client traffic, grow sales and help you build lasting relationships in your community. Marketing and advertising programs include personalized website, print marketing materials, promotional items, social media, public relations and more.


At Executive Care we strongly believe that support, training and education never end.


Ideal Candidate

This is a two-person model to start out with. The Franchisee can choose the Role (Operations or Marketing) which best fits their skillset. 

Operations Manager

Responsible for recruiting the caregivers and running the daily operations of the business.

Marketing/Community Liasion Manager

Responsible for the sales and marketing (Networking) in their community with various referral Sources to generate business primarily through referrals.
