8 days or 62 hours of training in Dallas, TX and 3-5 days out in the field with an active franchisee. This includes sales, marketing, and install training. This is included for life in the franchise - so if the owner hires a new employee down the road, they can send the employee to corporate for training.

Support: Franchisees get onboarding and IT support, and a dedicated Business Coach with product technical support throughout the life of their franchise. We will create and maintain a website and social media pages for you. Our social media team will post for you 3X a week.


Ideal Candidate

Ownership - Having someone in a sales role and someone to oversee install crews. The owner can be a daily operator, or hire a GM to run the day to day. The franchise needs at a minimum 3 people - a GM, a sales person, and an installer. In the beginning, the owner can wear multiple hats, but it's best to hire those other positions to scale the business.

Someone that wants to be involved in the operations or have a General Manager lined up, strong work ethic, fits our core values, future minded, proud of their work, able to delegate, they hustle, are self-starters, couples, business-minded, business acumen, confident to sell, 2+ years experience in business leadership, understand basic P&L, minimum $150k net worth with $65k cash, FICO 650+, no bankruptcies in last 7 years, sales experience, professional appearance, tech-friendly, personable.

Most leads come in via phone call or online web-submission, which go directly into our mobile business app (mobile CRM), and you/your sales person will reach out to the customer and do an in-person estimate. We have a dedicated call center that answers and screens the initial calls for you. 

Most installs are a one-day job and successful franchisees can scale into multiple crews without needing to buy additional territory.
