Our emphasis on training is an important distinction and a big part of our brand identity. Grease Monkey offers intensive startup training to new franchisees, including one week of instructor-led classroom training, and one week of in-center training for the entire crew prior to opening. We promote continuous learning and offer numerous training opportunities for franchisees and their employees throughout the year. We’re especially proud of our online university, with more than 250 training courses covering topics like safety, automotive technical, ASE certification prep, customer service and relationships, management, and more.
