The Hand & Stone franchise team offers real estate, project management, and construction & design services to make your new location the most inviting wellness facility in your community. The Hand & Stone franchise training program includes a mix of virtual, classroom and hands-on learning for your entire team.
Our owners are hands-on, but they typically concentrate on the big-picture items like marketing and advertising, finance and managing the manager. It isn’t typical for an owner to work behind the counter in our business, as our investment draws a sophisticated investor. Hand & Stone Franchisees should be fully immersed in the daily functions of the business. A typical day in the life of an H&S Franchisee consists of managing the manager, trouble-shooting personnel issues, grass roots marketing, making changes to the schedule, handling finances and setting up promotional events. It is recommended to employ a full-time manager and an assistant manager, so they are concentrating on the big picture items. The most important segment of our business is customer service, so honing the skills of the management team and making sure they are implementing those skills-sets are essential.
