Both classroom and on-the-job training provided in person in Wayland, MA with our corporate run location.
This consists of multiple LMS sessions that can be completed at a time convenient for you prior to your in-person training.
Special Instructions: We want people who want to work the business.
Daily activities will include preparing your daily route within our routing software, filling trucks with spray materials, spraying houses, performing on-site quotes, and clean-up of trucks and materials. In the beginning the franchisee will be the go to for just about everything. As the business expands our Franchisees typically turn into more of a GM role

Our ideal candidate is someone personable that wants to actually work their business full time. All genders desired. Someone who loves to be outdoors and has a base appreciation for gardens, even if you just like looking at them that's great. No prior knowledge of pest control is required. Must view employees as assets not expenses, people and people skills are very important to the business.
