We are able to find candidates for each family to meet a weekly schedule or provide a more flexible care option for dates and in frequent needs as back up care.
Through our unique staffing model we allow a new solution to help those not able to find a match on their own. We allow for flexibility and peace of mind through providing insured, vetted and managed staff.

Training:
There is a robust training plan in place to get our franchisees up and running! We provide one week (40 hours) at the flagship location of classroom style training, as well as a dedicated consultant to implement weekly start up calls. An additional 32 hours of training completed by live webinar and on site during grand opening. The business consultant remains on with each franchisee to provide coaching, support and assistance as needed.
As an active owner, the franchisee will be responsible for oversight of all business operations. This can include, but is not limited to the hiring of nannies to provide services to families, while developing relationships within the community to match your new hires with parents who need assistance with their children.
As a semi-passive owner, the franchisee would maintain oversight over the Exectuive Director at the agency.
