Comprehensive Training & Unmatched Support
Your Journey to Franchise Ownership Begins with Confidence
At Options For Senior America, we believe your success is our success—and we don’t just say it, we live it. That’s why we’ve built a robust, three-phase training and support program that spans your first 9 to 12 months of ownership. It’s designed to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence you need to thrive from day one.
Phase 1: Foundational Training (Weeks 1–6)
Your journey begins with six weeks of immersive online learning, blending live webinars with self-paced modules. You’ll cover licensing, operations, marketing, sales, caregiver recruitment, and more—building a strong foundation without having to put your life on hold.
Phase 2: In-Person Intensive (1 Week)
Next, you’ll join us for one week of hands-on, in-person training at our headquarters in Gaithersburg, Maryland. You’ll work side-by-side with industry experts, apply real-world scenarios, and leave fully prepared to lead your agency with clarity and confidence.
Phase 3: Personalized Support (Months 1–12)
After training, you’re never on your own. You’ll be paired with a dedicated Franchisee Support Specialist who will guide you through onboarding, licensure, setup, and operations. Expect weekly check-ins and on-call support throughout your first 9 to 12 months—or longer, depending on your state's licensure timeline.
You do not need a healthcare background to succeed. We’re looking for professionals who:
Are confident in B2B sales or community relationship-building
Have strong organizational and follow-through skills
Can lead a small team and communicate clearly with staff and clients
Are comfortable using technology and delegating tasks
Have the energy and drive to grow a local brand and develop referral relationships
Want to make a real difference in people’s lives
This is an ideal opportunity for someone coming from sales, business development, operations, franchise ownership, or corporate leadership. Healthcare is a plus—but not a requirement.
