Training: The Oxi Fresh team is dedicated to getting you up and running as soon as possible. Hands on, in the field training is available to get you fully trained on our cleaning process. We also have a comprehensive online training platform. You'll be assigned a personal training coach as well to keep you on track and make sure your business is a success in no time!
Every day I start by opening my schedule. Since Oxi Fresh has a National Scheduling Center, I never have to be concerned about losing business because I didn't pick up the phone, or I was on another call. My technicians are all doing the same, looking at their jobs for the day and getting their equipment organized and prepared for a full day of jobs.
Next I have a quick meeting with the techs. We check the inventory, equipment, vehicles, and uniforms, and I send them on their way. From here, I normally review any quotes that didn't get booked through the online scheduling software and call those customers to see if I can get a few more jobs on the schedule.
After that, I focus my time on developing commercial accounts. There are a lot of commercial properties in my area as well, so I'm always looking to develop new business where I can. Once those calls are completed, I review my monthly marketing campaigns and make any necessary changes or tweaks to the ads. Oxi Fresh does the majority of the work, so it doesn't take long for me to make the changes to the ads for the upcoming month. If I need to order any products or tools for the technicians, I do that through Oxi Fresh's intranet system.
As the day comes to an end, I circle back with my technicians to talk about any issues that came up from the day and how we can take even better care of the customers tomorrow.
